Product Manager Hub is a platform designed to help product managers streamline stakeholder communication through automated status updates and AI-powered content generation. The Service is currently in early access and may be subject to changes, updates, or discontinuation.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Founder Member Program
By joining as a Founder Member, you agree to the following terms:
- Founder Members receive exclusive benefits including lifetime discounts and priority support
- Founder Member status is subject to availability (limited to 50 spots)
- Benefits are subject to change and may be modified as the Service evolves
- We reserve the right to revoke Founder Member status for violations of these Terms
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

- Founder Members receive lifetime discounts as specified at the time of signup

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
